I was initially a little skeptical about booking an appointment online for my son’s wisdom tooth removal. After booking, the receptionist called to let me know that the doctor I had originally scheduled with was unavailable, but she recommended another doctor. I trusted her recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! On the day of the procedure, the oral surgeon, anesthesiologist, and assistants were all very friendly, professional, and caring. They explained everything step by step, including the procedure and payment, which made us feel comfortable and confident. I am extremely happy with this facility and the care they provided for my son. We are currently in the recovery stage, and so far, everything is going very well. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

From the moment I walked into Legacy Oral Surgery, I knew I was in great hands. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Herbst is an exceptional oral surgeon highly skilled, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and performed my procedure with outstanding care and professionalism. A special thank you to Cathy, the office manager, who went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. She is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about every patient. Her kindness and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, creating an atmosphere where you truly feel valued and cared for. It's rare to find a team that works together so well and consistently puts patients first. My son VINCENT had an emergency with his wisdom tooth. I spoke Cathy who was so accommodating and took my son the same day. Dr. Kaye was great he took such good care of him. I can’t say enough about the office and staff. They are absolutely GREAT. I would highly recommend their office to my friends and family. Once again Cathy was so great with my son and made him feel comfortable and relaxed. Love this office❤️

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I brought my daughter here to have her wisdom teeth removed and from beginning to end everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, professional and attentive! The staff was extremely helpful every step of the way from the very first phone call ! The dental assistants were also very nice and made my daughter and myself feel at ease. Dr. Kaye explained everything in full detail and made you understand everything. The office is beautiful as well, not that it matters as much but its definitely like walking into a state of the art facility. They are absolutely on their game. Approximately a minute before they came out to tell me that they were finished with the procedure, I had already a received a text from my pharmacy that the scripts were already ordered. Then, the staff took their time in explaining everything to do at home post procedure and they even walked my daughter to my car after they instructed me to pull my car around and meet them at the end of ramp. If you need an Oral Surgeon I highly recommend Dr Kaye and everyone in the Staten Island office! Legacy Oral Surgery definitely stood out in my opinion and I don't give reviews like this unless I

I cannot recommend Legacy Oral Surgery & Implants enough. Yesterday, I walked into their office completely overwhelmed and terrified. My daughter was experiencing a severe dental emergency and was in immense pain. Our regular dentist referred us here, and it was the best referral we have ever received.From the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with pure kindness and compassion. Emily at the front desk was an absolute angel. She greeted us with so much warmth, looked at my stressed face, and assured me that they would do everything in their power to make the situation as smooth as possible. She promised they would take care of my daughter, and she kept that promise.Dr. Hillel Kaye was incredibly caring, receptive, and calm. He took the time to explain every single detail of the required procedure, instantly putting my mind at ease.
